Golden Globes 2026: ‘One Battle After Another’, ‘Adolescence’ dominate awards night

Los Angeles, Jan 15: The 83rd Golden Globe Awards, held on January 12, 2026, celebrated powerful storytelling and standout performances, with One Battle After Another and Adolescence emerging as the biggest winners of the night. On the television front, Adolescence dominated the limited series categories, winning Best Television Limited Series, along with acting honours for Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty. The Pitt was named Best Television Series – Drama, while The Studio won Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.

Other notable winners included Ricky Gervais for Best Stand-Up Comedy on Television (Mortality), Ludwig Göransson for Best Original Score (Sinners), and K Pop: Demon Hunters for Best Animated Film.
