Mumbai, January 17, 2026: The popular Bollywood comedy series, Dhamaal, is making a big return with Dhamaal 4, which is now officially scheduled to hit theaters on June 12, 2026. The producers made the announcement on social media, choosing to steer clear of a packed Eid box office, where films like Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic are also set to release.

Indra Kumar, who directed all the previous films, beginning with the original in 2007, is at the helm once again. The film will bring back familiar faces from the franchise: Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Jaaved Jaaferi. New additions to the cast include Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar, and Ravi Kishan.

Presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, in collaboration with Devgn Films, the film is co-produced by Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit, and Kumar Mangat Pathak. Principal photography concluded in September 2025, with the team hinting at "the biggest comedy celebration of 2026."

Initially slated for Eid 2026 (March 19), the release date was pushed back after the massive success of Dhurandhar the previous year. Bollywood Hungama reports that Ajay Devgn selected the new date following discussions, intending to seize the summer comedy slot without clashing with Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar 2 or Yash's Toxic, both of which are set for March 19.

The franchise, which boasts sequels such as Dhamaal 2 (2010) and Total Dhamaal (2019), has consistently been a favorite, known for its slapstick humor and ensemble cast.
