Mumbai, Apr 14: Actress Palak Tiwari is all set to enter the streaming space alongside rapper King with the upcoming OTT series Lukkhe, scheduled to premiere on May 8 on Prime Video.

The series features a strong ensemble cast including Raashii Khanna, Lakshvir Singh Saran, Nakul Roshan Sahdev, Kritika Bharadwaj, Shivankit Parihar, Yograj Singh, and Ayesha Raza Mishra.

Created and executive produced by Agrim Joshi and Debojit Das Purkayastha, Lukkhe is described as a passion project that blends action, music, and emotional storytelling. The creators aimed to craft a narrative that goes beyond conventional action dramas by combining intense visuals with the energy of rap culture.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Chandigarh, the series dives into a world where ambition, music, and crime collide. At the heart of the story is a fierce rivalry between two rappers—MC Badnaam, played by King, and OG, portrayed by Shivankit Parihar. Their personal feud unfolds into a gripping tale of revenge and redemption, where the boundaries between artistic expression and real-life conflict begin to blur.

Highlighting the platform’s vision, Nikhil Madhok, Head of Originals at Prime Video India, noted that Lukkhe represents a bold step in storytelling by merging genres like action and music while maintaining emotional depth.

Produced by Vipul D Shah and Rajesh Bahl under the banners of Optimystix Entertainment and White Guerrilla LLP, the series is expected to deliver a high-energy cinematic experience for audiences in India and across the globe upon its release.
