Mumbai, May 4: Babil Khan has returned to film sets after taking a break to focus on his mental health, resuming work on the second schedule of his upcoming project.
Marking his comeback, Babil shared a heartfelt note on social media expressing gratitude to fans for their continued support. “As I start the second schedule of shooting, I would like to take a moment to let you know that I love you and acknowledge how much your love means to me. I work my bum off so that every second you spend watching me is worth it. Hope to see you from your screens very soon,” he wrote.
The actor had earlier stepped away from the spotlight after opening up about a difficult phase marked by emotional strain and depression. He had spoken candidly about coping with personal loss, expectations, and the pressures of the film industry, choosing to prioritise his mental well-being.

In October, Babil returned to social media with an emotional note detailing his struggles, including insomnia, panic, and the need for healing, describing it as a challenging period that took a toll on his health.
Babil made his acting debut with Qala, earning appreciation for his performance. He later appeared in the series The Railway Men alongside R Madhavan and Kay Kay Menon. His other projects include ‘Friday Night Plan’ and ‘Logout’.
With his return to work, fans are now looking forward to seeing him back on screen.
