Operation Sindoor enhanced nation’s pride: Sanjay Seth

Thiruvananthapuram, May 8: Sanjay Seth on Friday said that Operation Sindoor had enhanced the pride of the nation and asserted that the government would continue its uncompromising stand against terrorism.

Addressing officers and soldiers at the Pangode Military Station in Thiruvananthapuram, the minister said the concept of Atma-Nirbhar Bharat would be implemented across all sectors, including defence production.

Seth also witnessed a demonstration of amphibious operations carried out by the Madras Regiment during his visit.

He assured the soldiers that the government would provide the best resources, training and facilities to help them perform their duties more effectively in service of the nation.

The minister praised the armed forces for their dedication and reiterated the Centre’s commitment to strengthening India’s defence capabilities through self-reliance and modernisation initiatives.
