Hyderabad, Jun 30: The makers of actor Allari Naresh's upcoming film unveiled its title as Ramba Oorvasi Menaka on Tuesday and released the film's first-look poster to mark the actor's birthday.

The announcement was made by the film's producers, Annapurna Studios and Hasya Movies, through social media, describing the project as a socio-fantasy entertainer that marks Allari Naresh's return to the comedy genre for which he is widely known.

The film, previously referred to as #Naresh65, is directed by Chandra Mohan Chintada and is jointly produced by Razesh Danda and Nimmakayala Prasad.

According to the makers, Ramba Oorvasi Menaka blends fantasy with comedy and carries the tagline "Comedy Goes Cosmic." They said the film promises a mix of magical adventures, humorous situations and an unconventional storyline.

The newly released first-look poster features Allari Naresh seated on celestial steps, holding a scroll bearing the names Ramba, Oorvasi and Menaka, while heavenly nymphs hover above him among the clouds. The artwork hints at a fantasy-based comedy with divine elements and the actor's trademark humour.

The film features an ensemble cast that includes Vennela Kishore, Naresh VK, Srinivas Reddy and Muralidhar Goud in key roles.

The technical team comprises cinematographer Raam Reddy, music composer Chaitan Bharadwaj, production designer Brahma Kadali and editor Chota K. Prasad.

The makers also announced that Ramba Oorvasi Menaka is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 4 this year.
