Kangana Ranaut confronts Ram Kapoor over his game in 'Lock Upp 2' promo

Daijiworld Media Network – Mumbai

Mumbai, Jul 2: Actor Kangana Ranaut takes Ram Kapoor to task in the latest promo of Lock Upp Season 2, questioning his commitment to the reality show and asking why he joined the competition if he did not intend to take it seriously.

The promo for the sixth episode, titled Judgement Day, shows Kangana entering the Lock Upp house to review the contestants' performances during the opening week and oversee the season's first elimination.

Addressing Ram Kapoor, Kangana says, "Ram, game ko seriously nahi lena tha, aur agar lagta hai ki you are too big for this jail toh aap aaye ho kyun? Apni ye fuhadpan dikhane ke liye?"

(Ram, if you did not want to take the game seriously, and if you think you are too big for this jail, then why did you come here? Just to behave this way?)

Ram responds by saying, "Jab waqt aayega, I will own my truth as well and as better than anybody here."

Kangana immediately interrupts him, saying, "Don't defend yourself if you want to improve."

The confrontation comes after host Farah Khan had earlier criticised Ram for playing it safe and avoiding conflicts inside the house.

Lock Upp Season 2, which premiered last week on Netflix with 15 contestants, is hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. The episode featuring Kangana Ranaut's appearance is scheduled to stream on July 4, with the reality show airing from Saturday to Wednesday at 8 pm on Netflix.
