Mumbai, Jul 6: Anshula Kapoor, daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and sister of actor Arjun Kapoor, married Rohan Thakkar in an intimate traditional ceremony in Mumbai on Monday.
Videos from the wedding showed the couple performing the traditional pheras in the presence of close family members and friends before formally registering their marriage.
Among those seen standing by Anshula during the wedding rituals were her siblings, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Veteran actor Anil Kapoor, Anshula's uncle, was also seen interacting with guests during the celebrations.

The ceremony was attended by several family members and close friends, including veteran actor Anupam Kher.
Anshula and Rohan's relationship began in 2022 after the two connected through a dating application. Their friendship grew through late-night conversations before eventually blossoming into a relationship.
Rohan proposed to Anshula in July 2025 during a trip to New York. He chose Central Park for the proposal, asking her to marry him at 1:15 a.m., the exact time they had first started chatting when they met online.
After announcing their engagement in July 2025, the couple exchanged wedding vows on July 6, 2026, in a traditional ceremony held at Mumbai's Taj Lands End.
The Kapoor family's wedding celebrations had been in the spotlight over the past few days, with ceremonies including a Mata Ki Chowki, Mehendi, and Chooda function bringing together relatives and close friends.
One of the most talked-about moments came during Anshula's chooda ceremony when a piece of her kaleera fell on Arjun Kapoor, a moment traditionally believed to indicate that the next wedding in the family could be his.
Sharing the video on social media, Anshula wrote, "When the kaleera lands on your brother... and he's happier than anyone else."
The clip showed Arjun proudly displaying the fallen kaleera with a broad smile, prompting Anshula to jokingly add, "I've never seen anyone so committed to getting chosen by a kalira! My favourite part? The kalira that fell on him said 'smile'!"
