Mumbai, Jul 13: Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali's daughter, Ida Ali, has announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend, Krish Agrawal, sharing photographs and videos of the proposal on social media.

The proposal took place during the couple's trip to Norway, where Krish Agrawal went down on one knee to propose. Ida shared a video of the moment and captioned it, "01/07/26 11pm Ytresand."

She also posted a separate series of photographs from the engagement, offering a glimpse of the romantic setting.

The announcement drew congratulatory messages from several members of the film industry. Khushi Kapoor commented, "So Cute," while actors Vedang Raina and Sharvari also wished the couple well on their engagement.

Fans joined in with congratulatory messages, describing the proposal as "dreamy" and extending their best wishes to the couple.

Following in her father's footsteps, Ida has built a career in filmmaking and has directed projects including Thai Massage, Maya and Lift.
