The rumours began after Salman attended the inauguration of a newly developed Data Collection and Verification Support Centre of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) in Mumbai on Friday. On the professional front, Salman Khan's upcoming film, which was initially titled Battle of Galwan, has reportedly been renamed Matrubhumi. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film also stars Chitrangda Singh and is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Ladakh.
