Mangalore, Jul 30: Training for the growth of SCCs was held at Ammembal on July 29.
Fr Valerian Frank, the parish priest presided over the inaugural programme. Gerald Sequeira the vice president, parish secretary Dora Sequeira, Felix D'Souza the convener of SCCs and Fr Walter D'Souza the diocesan director of SCCs and the resource person were present.
The parish SCC committee led the prayer, Felix D'Souza delivered the welcome speech, Rickson Fernandes proposed the vote of thanks and Lancy Rodrigues compered the program.
The training included group discussion, input session on growth of SCCs and activities would be conducted on the occasion of year of faith.
143 members participated including all the ward leaders, PPC members and ward representatives.
