Bhatkal: Girl Tops SSLC List After Revaluation

Bhatkal, Jul 31: Afrah Shamul, daughter of Syed Muzzafar of  Naunihaal Central School has scored a top score in Bhatkal Taluk after revaluation of the marks were conducted.

Earlier on 17 May when SSLC results were released, Sonajya Shankar Hegde of Murdeshwar high school with 96% was on top of the list.

Afrah Shamul and Samah daughter of  Naseer Barmawar were on the second position with 95.52%.

After revaluation, from the result Afrah Shamul 7 marks were increased and she got on the top position with 96.64%

Naunihaal central school head mistress Zareena Kola told the media that Afrah gained  2 marks in Urdu, 4 marks in English and 1 mark in science, a total of 7 marks which increased his overall percentage from 95.52% to 96.64%.

Naunihaal had another 4 girls who were put on revaluation. Among them, Fathima Urfa daughter of Abdul Razaq Ruknaddin , had an earlier score of 583 now  changed to 586.  Aysha daughter of Ayub Musba earlier scored 559 while now 569; Zakira Firdaus, daughter of Ameen Akrami earlier scored 552 now changed to 569; Bibi Khadija daughter of Arabi Musba earlier scored 554 now increased to 564.

It has been noticed that Naunihaal central school has always secured 100% result SSLC results for the past two years.
