If the party activists follow the ideals of youth leader the late Bondala Jagannath Shetty, it would pay a true homage to his departed soul, said former union minister Janardhan Poojary.

Janardhan Poojary was speaking at the condolence meet of the late Bondala Jagannath Shetty which was jointly organized by Panemangalore block Congress and Bantwal youth Congress at Manjunatheshwar auditorium, here on Sunday August 5.

                  



 

The late Bondala Jagannath Shetty had a great respect for senior party members and always strived for strengthening the party, added Janardhan Poojary.
 
The District Congress Committee (DCC) president MLA B Ramanath Rai presided over the programme.
 
Speaking at the occasion, MLA Ramanath Rai said that although the late Bondala Jagannath Shetty lived a short life, he earned the trust of many and will always remain in their memory, said MLA Ramanath Rai.
 
The former MP Vinay Kumar Sorake, KPCC secretary Ashwani Kumar Rai, party leaders Harikrishna Bantwal, B J Khader, A C Bhandary, M S Mohammed offered homage to Bondala Jagannath Shetty.
 
Chandra Prakash Shetty, Mamata Gatti, Prakaschandra Alva, Iddinabba Kalladka, Sudarshan Jain, S Abbas, Mayeelappa Salian, Vishwanath Gowda Mani, Padmashekar Jain and others were present at the dias.
 
Panemangalore block Congress president Abbas Ali welcomed the gathering.  Balakrishna Alva compered the programme.
