Mangalore: Two More Arrested for Attack on Rahim Uchil

Mangalore, Aug 7: The city police have arrested two more persons in connection with the March 15 attack on Rahim Uchil, president of Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy.

The arrested are Abdul Basheer (27) from Suratkal and Hameed Saddam (21) from Kodikal. Both were absconding ever since the attack.

Police had earlier arrested Umar Farooq (20) from Ullal, Abdul Salim (33) from Bunder and Mohammad Rafiq (28) from Ullal.

Investigation is on to trace rest of the accused.
