London, Aug 14 (IANS): Singer Jessie J says she was blown away by the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony and that she was proud to represent Britain at the prestigious event.
The 24-year-old performed three songs at the ceremony at the Olympic Stadium, reports contactmusic.com.
She tweeted: "I am in shock right now. Tonight is a night to always remember and never forget. Blown away!!"
"Oh what a night! So proud to represent the UK! Congratulations to everyone," she further posted.
Victoria Beckham also took to Twitter to speak of her joy at performing alongside her Spice Girls bandmates -- Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C.
"I was a pop star for the night!! I love u Mel C, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton. We did it," Beckham tweeted.
