Who is next? This Talwar's trying their level best to escape from the punishment at the cost of blood of so many people. Our judiciary system is worst. It has soft corner for criminals and terrorists. Seems judiciary is in hand in glouse with Talwars...God save our country.

There is not a slightest doubt of the parent's involvement in the murder! You do not need a Hercule Poirot or somebody like that to crack this case! Arushi's soul has pestered her parents enough! They will live with this stigma on earth whatever be the verdict
here! The final judgement in any case will be delivered....

The motive for the murder was two-fold. First, Dr Talwar was having an affair with a fellow doctor Anita Durrani and Aarushi had come to know of this and she had confided in the friend, who told the police that she knew of her father's alleged affair.
Second, when he came back home on the night of the murder, he caught Aarushi and Hemraj in a compromising position. Dr Talwar took Hemraj to the terrace of his L-31 apartment in Noida's Sector 25 to sort out the issue and then killed him in a rage and smashed Hemraj's head with a hammer lying in the terrace and then slit his throat with a surgical knife that he had in his coat pocket. The doctor then came downstairs and after having a couple of drinks, slit his daughter's throat.
It is a clear case of double murder and the court should pass the judgment against Dr Talwar at the earliest.
