Never travel by such old model cars and check if the driver is drunkard. Police should take a note of this and take action on such drivers after the report.

Comments here say that 'god has saved the passengers, god is great etc...' my question here is if the god is merciful and great why would he do the accident in the first place? Does he like to see the suffering of his creations?
Now the more logical and rational reason s behind the accident is possibly a error from the driver or the poor condition of the road or the situation was not right for overtaking or maybe some other cause.
As of the passengers still alive possible reasons might be that the car was not travelling fast and the impact was not so strong. The car might look quite damaged but then the cars nowadays have crumple zones to take impact so that it doesn't damage passengers but car get damaged badly in the process.
I don't have problem with people relying on god but I do have problem with people not following traffic rules properly and think god is going to save them. We have more gods than any country in the world and more gods in vehicles than anyone else but still we have nearly half a million deaths every year in India due to Accidents! I wonder why? Are the gods angry with us because we pray too much?

Lost control while overtaking. since overtaking is quite risky. Cant they be a little more careful while overtaking?

    THIS IS PROVIDENTIAL ESCAPE.
MAY BE THE ELDERS DID A LOT OF CHARITY.
SPEED AND HASTE ALWAYS ARE DESIRED BUT OFTEN WILL NOT BE USEFUL IN LONG TERM SURVIVAL.

When hey have escaped serious damages, it so difficult to find who was driving the car...!!??? Anyway speed kills...otherwise car will not cross other side of the divider.

Girls thank almighty for saving you with lucky escape

    For all Daiji readers...

Look at the apathy of MODERN, DEVELOPED INDIA...

The girls lost control crossed the road divider and hit the truck/tipper moving in opposite direction...

What is the fault of the tipper/truck driver or owner...

But still he is penalized as per our law

    1. The vehicle is impounded by police/RTO

    2. Owner need to pay bribes to release his vehicle with NOC from RTO

    3. RTO and Police will take their own sweet time, being week end probably everything will happen after Monday

    4. Driver does not have employment for these many days no salary to take home.

    5. Owner can not rent out his vehicle for these many days, making loss of earning.

    6. If vehicle mortgaged interest still on.

    7. If reported to the insurance, premium will increase....

OUR LAW MAKERS BUSY SPLITTING THE COMMUNITIES ON RELIGION AND CAST BY INTRODUCING BILLS AND LAWS SUITED TO RELIGION/COMMUNITIES/CAST.

THEY SHOULD THINK ABOUT OLD LAWS, WHICH NEED TO BE AMENDED. NOW BEING MANY PRIVATE AUTO INSURANCE COMPANIES IN INDIA, AMENDMENT TO BE MADE TO THE LAW THAT VEHICLES INVOLVED, SHOULD BE RELEASED AFTER REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT AND VEHICLES INVOLVED SHOULD BE PRODUCED IN RTO OFFICE FOR INSPECTION WITH IN 30DAYS OF INCIDENT.

    JAI HO..... GOD BLESS INDIA..
