Bieber denies cancelling TV appearance

London, Mar 11 (IANS): Justin Bieber has denied cancelling his appearance on British television saying he was never booked for any TV interview at the weekend.

A TV spokesperson confirmed that the singer had been unavailable for the programme due to other commitments, but Bieber said he was not aware of it.

The singer took to Twitter to clarify things, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"I see the tweets from the UK fans. I was never scheduled to be on any TV show saturday night. These are just the rumours," Bieber tweeted.

"I loved performing at the O2. The response was amazing. I will be back. And I will see you again. I am grateful to all of you," he added.
