Mumbai, Mar 20: Billava Association Mumbai and Kalyan Local Committee jointly organized Om Shri Om-Shanishwara Grantha Parayana.

After the Kalasa installation and prayer, Billava Association president LV Amin inaugurated the programme.

Baskar Shetty, owner of Kalyan Gurudev, Sanjay Patel, Shakunthala Kotian, working president of central office women’s wing, Bhaskar Bangera, treasurer, Diwakara R Salian, working president of Kalyan Local Committee, Geetha C Poojary, social worker, Umesh Bangera, Kalyan Local Committee secretary, Yuvaraj Suvarna, treasurer, Shashidhar Poojary, vice working president, Jayanthi Poojary of women’s wing, Shantha Poojary, assistant secretary, Vital Kotian, assistant treasurer were present on the occasion.

The Shanishwara Grantha Parayana ritual was held on behalf of Shri Danajaya Shanthi Durgaparmeshwari Sanidhana Uloor. A huge gathering witnessed this special occasion. Diwakar Salian couple took part in the religious rituals. Without any discrimination of caste, colour, rich and poor, Tuluvas and Kannadigas took part in this special occasion.

Sanjay Patel, Nithin Nikam, Pawan Bonsle, Kalyan Local Committee were honoured on this occasion.

Bajanna programme, Maha Mangalarathi Puja was performed followed by Prasada distribution.
