Edwin J F D’Souza’s ‘Kallem Bhangaar’ in Devnagari script

Mangalore, Aug 9: The Devnagari version of Edwin J F D’Souza’s very successful novel ‘Kallem Bhangaar’ (Black Gold) published  by the Goa Konkani Academy  will be released in Goa on August 20 (Konkani Manyatha Diwas), stated a press release by the president Pundalik N Naik.

The transliteration of this novel which was serialized in ‘Raknno’ in 55 chapters from November 18, 2004 to December 15, 2005, is by Ramesh Laad and the cover design is by artist Joachim Pinto (Pintovamanjoor).

It is anticipated that this version may be included in the syllabus of Konkani students of MA studies in the Goa University.
