Third suicide on the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in 10 days

Mumbai, Sep 1 (MD): In just span of two weeks, a third case of suicide took place on the Bandra Worli Sea Link in Mumbai as a 40-year-old man jumped to his death on Monday morning from the Worli side of the bridge

The person has been identified as Vikram Shirish Vasudev. He was going towards Bandra from Worli, and was driving a Wagon R car. At around 6am, he stopped his car at the sea link and jumped into the sea.

Cops and fire brigade reached the spot and are trying to fish out Vasudev's body. However, due to the high tide and heavy rains, the sea has been rough sea for past few days, making it difficult for the officials to carry on their operations.
