Indiana Hospital organizes Continual Medical Education on Jan 4

Mangaluru, Jan 3: Indiana Hospital and Heart Institute Ltd, Mangaluru in association with IMA Mangaluru Branch organizing Continual Medical Education (CME) on Medical & Surgical Emergencies on January 4,2014, Sunday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM by the eminent super specialist and specialist consultants from Indiana Hospital.

The event will be inaugurated by Dr Ramakrishna Rao – DHO, Mangaluru. Chief guests will be Dr Ali Kumble, Chairman Indiana Hospital, Dr Yusuf A Kumble, Managing Director, Indiana Hospital.

The function will be presided by Dr G K Bhat, IMA President, Mangaluru.

CME is the academic discussion / presentation of different topics by doctors. Karnataka Medical Council has agreed to give two hours credit points. Six credit points per year are very important for the renewal of degree registration of doctors.

CME focuses on Emergency cure given to different categories of patients of these following specialties. Pediatric Respiratory emergencies; Acute Abdomen; Management of Sepsis; General emergencies; Kidney related emergencies; Neuro – surgical emergencies; Stroke emergencies; Orthopedic emergencies; Cardiac emergencies; Gynecology emergencies; Chest pain evaluation and Basic life support.
