Look forward to a productive parliament session: Modi

New Delhi, April 20 (IANS): As the second part of the budget session of parliament begins on Monday Prime Minister Narendra Modi said he looked forward to a "productive session".

"Parliament session begins today. I look forward to a productive session, filled with constructive debates on several issues," he tweeted.

While the Lok Sabha, the lower house, meets on Monday, the Rajya Sabha, the upper house, will meet on April 23.

The upper house of parliament was prorogued during the recess after the first half of the budget session for re-promulgation of the land ordinance.

The Lok Sabha session is expected to conclude on May 8. The Rajya Sabha will meet till May 13.

Even UPA had similarly looked forward for productive parliament sessions when they were at the helm.
But sadly the person, now our PM and his party BJP, was party to disrupting many of the parliament sessions then thereby delaying\forced UPA to abandon various development projects which affected the Country very much.
Now same such people when in power feel the pinch of their own game. Now do not blame UPA and others if they think what you are doing is not good for the people and are not co-operating.
