Still, Salman continued his intimacy with the girl, it is gathered.

In the recent past, Ayesha's engagement ceremony with a relative was held. On Saturday, she left home on the pretext of visiting the post office, and died by that evening. It is said that Salman forcibly took her to Bababudangiri hill, and told her that the best option would be to commit suicide together, as their marriage has been rendered impossible because of the stubbornness of her family. Allegedly, he provided poison to the girl to consume, but opted not to consume it himself, and thereafter admitted her into the hospital.

Before the hospital doctors could do anything to revive her, Ayesha had died. On the basis of a complaint filed by the girl's father, the policemen have registered a case and arrested Salman.
