Mangalore, Jun 13: “Bale Tulu Kalpuga’ programme will be organized by Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy in the first week of August in the city and in Udupi.

First and second level classes are already over and the third-level classes have commenced.

These classes will be helpful for those who do not know to speak Tulu especially the government officers who are posted from other districts to DK and Udupi. The Tulu classes will be for a period of three months and two classes in a week. The classes will be for two hours a day.  Classes will be held after 6 in the evening.

After completing the course, all the candidates will awarded with certificates. The course will be for a minimum fee of Rs 250.
