Mangalore, Jun 14: In yet another landsliding tragedy, two more houses were damaged near Bajal here owing to heavy rains on Thursday June 14.

While the compound wall the one Thirumalesh's house at Bajal collapsed completely, it also resulted in damaging the house considerably.  Owing to the landslide walls of the house have developed cracks.  The total loss has been estimated at Rs 1.5 lac.

On the other hand his neighbour Sumith Raj's new house too was damaged owing to torrential rains.  The newly-built compound wall of the house collapsed on Wednesday June 13.  Even the tiles of his bedroom and bathroom have developed cracks.  Sumith Raj had recently bought this house, sources said.

Here too the total loss has been estimated at Rs 1.5 lac.
