Mangalore, Jun 16: A day-long training session for the Konkani teachers was inaugurated at Sandesha here on Saturday June 16 morning.
Konkani Prachar Sanchalan president Roy Castelino inaugurated the training. Konkani Writers' Forum president Dr Edward Nazareth was the chief guest on the occasion. Stephen Quadros, Gabrile Vaz were the guest of honour.
Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy president Eric Ozario presided over the inaugural programme. Academy registrar H S Shivarudrappa welcomed the gathering while Titus Noronha compered the programme.
