Bangalore, July 5: The Reserve Bank of India has cautioned the Banks about the terrorist organisations which are trying to establish the financial transactions through proxy accounts. The alert call is given through a circular to all the nationalised Banks, Co-operative Banks and Societies as well as private financial institutions.

The RBI has issued the circular on the basis of the UN Security Council's revised list of the terrorist organisations operating worldwide.

The terrorists Abd-Al-Mahsin, Munamdar, Ibrahim Ali Mohammed Abu Bakr, Abdul Rehaman, Abu Anas and other terrorists are conspiring to open accounts in Indian Banks. Among the organisations backing terrorists, the Al-Rashid Trust has four separate centres operating in Pakistan.

The Security Council has sent the information about the Al-Barkat group of companies of Somalia and similar other organisations which are aiding the anti-Indian terrorists.

The terrosits plan to deposit huge amounts of money in Indian Banks and involve in destructive activities in different parts of the country.

Instructions are issued to Banks to check the complete credentials of those who are not Indians.

Dawood's accounts

Even the notorious underworld don Dawood Ibrahim has opened many proxy Bank accounts in India. In many places including Mumbai and Ratnagiri, he holds Bank accounts in the name of Ibrahim and Kaskar.

Terrorists do not make Bank transactions in their names. They may furnish false information, address etc.

Mustafa in London, Camil in Italy, terrorists of Che-chanya Republic, Nedal, Mohmood, Sahah, Jelimkhan, Ahmedwitch have planned to sneak into India to open accounts.

Leaders support

The Deputy Minister of Information and Culture in Afghanistan, Deputy Minister of the Agriculture in Kunar Province of Afghanistan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kandahar, its Commerce Minister, the officers of the Taliban Embassy in Islamabad, the Chief Justice of Military Court of Kandahar and leaders of many other countries are extending support to the Taliban terrorists.

    This is a warning to all those innocents who fall prey to these terrorist groups for money. No one should encourage such activities for their own safety because these terrorsits do not even spare these innocents who are helping them for money. These terrorists may eliminate them anytime once the need is over or if there is a danger to them. Regreting after words NO use.
