San Jose (California), Sep 27 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi kept the twitterati talking about his first-ever visit to the Silicon Valley which made the hashtag #ModiInSiliconValley a top trend late Saturday.

People took to the micro-blogging site to share their views and points on the prime minister's trip to San Jose where he met the top tech honchos, including Google's Sunder Pichai.

Modi landed here on Saturday and is scheduled to visit the Google and Facebook headquarters on Sunday.
