Dubai: Billawas cultural programme to be held on Oct 23

Dubai, Oct 20: Billawas community of UAE in association with Precious Party and Entertainment will present family day celebration, a fun filled day of Billawa’s cultural program 2015 on October 23 Friday at Jumeirah Ball Room, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.




The daylong event will include fun, dance, games and nonstop musical extravaganza. The celebration's main attraction is cultural shows featuring artistes from coastal Karnataka.

Dr Rameela Shekhar – Dean of PG Dept Roshni Nilaya School of Social Works, Mangaluru will be chief guest of the event. Leaders of various associations of Karnataka in UAE will also grace the occasion.

'Karnikada Mantra Devathe' Tulu Yakshagana will present a beautiful play lead by Prabhakar Suvarna.

Well known Bale Telipale famous Umesh Mijar and team will present 'Telikeda Gonchil' comedy session during the celebration.

Satish Poojary chief of Billawas Community released the flyer to the media and requested everybody to be part of the event. He said the celebration will begin from 10 am to 5.30 pm where local and guest artistes will showcase their talents in front of the community. Krishna Poojary, Anand Bailoor, Sudhakar Poojary and Ramesh Suvarna were present on the dais and requested the community members to attend the event in huge numbers.
