Dubai, Nov 19: Emirates Pangalites hosted their 4th Domestic Workers Day-Out on Friday November 13 at Zabeel Park. The day which was specially organized for Mangalurean and Goan domestic workers working and residing at UAE received overwhelming response.

Soon after the opening session, Joel Quadras took over the entire day’s event and started the day’s activities with a warmup game with the help of Norma and family who appreciated the efforts of EP on conducting this special day for domestic workers. Later on the crowd was split into two four groups based on the unique numbers presented to each one of them while registering their names.

The prizes for the winners in individual and group games were distributed by the president, founder president and the well-wisher Edwin D’Souza who graced the occasion.

A sumptuous breakfast, lunch, evening tea and soft drinks were served during the day. The event came to an end with the vote of thanks by EP secretary Andrea Mendonca at 5.30 pm. More than 120 domestic workers participated and enjoyed the day’s events.
