Dubai: KIC completes crystal jubilee, to hold convention on Dec 11

Dubai, Dec 1: Karnataka Islamic Centre (KIC) successfully concluded 15 years of its existence in UAE and have scheduled a convention meet on December 11 at the Iranian Club, Oud Metha Road to additionally discuss the Kumbra Education Trust ongoing development. Dignitaries from India including Ulma Umra leaders, businessmen from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and other Arab states, KIC representatives and those excelled in various fields from different parts of the world will be arriving to grace the function.









Speaking on the occasion a discussion meet was recently held at Rafi Hotel, Dubai under the leadership of the welcome committee of KIC Crystal Jubilee Meet, Janab Sharif B K Kavu and KIC. Central committee honorary president Sayyed Asker Ali Tanjal Kolpe presided and said that KIC has become one of the biggest community organizations supporting free education. They appealed to the public to support their cause as they have so far provided free education to the real needy of their community identifying their needs and to continue this great noble work, like minded people should come forward and support them generously.

Later inaugurating the meet central committee president Mohiudeen Kutti Haji Dibba briefed and said that though in the current situation of the community wherein the youth who are attracted towards western life style and cinema, KIC still continued its noble work for fifteen years supporting and helping the destitute community people in the field of education which should be appreciated. He stressed that more and more community members should come forward and help this organization in their forthcoming programme. While reciting the holy words of the Quran during the inauguration he wished success for the programme.

Other guests on the stage President Janab Ashraf Khan, Shamsuddin Haneef Ustad also spoke on the occasion and wished success to KIC Crystal Jubilee programme. At the same time the founder members of KIC Janab Abdul Razak Nompadi and Janab Abbas Kekude remembered the earlier days of the organisation and appreciated the current status of the organisation while wishing success to the Crystal Jubilee function.

Later the president of the welcome committee of KIC Crystal Jubilee meet, Janab Sharif B K Kavu spoke on the upcoming grand programme and elaborated on the development of the K I C in Arab States ongoing free education provision to the needy members of the community all these 15 years and promised that in the coming years KIC will extend its hand to those needy community members in the field of agriculture and other fields too. He then thanked all those who supported them in this great cause and said that the programme scheduled for December 11 this year will see thousands of guests participating and witnessing the event wherein they will felicitate all those who have supported them hand in hand in making KIC one of the premier organizations in the Gulf. He requested all the community members to come in large numbers to make the event a great success.

Others who were present during the meet were Darannoor Education Centre Kashipatna National Committee general secretary Badhrudin Henthar, KIC Dubai Samithi honarary president Abdul Khader Baithadka, central committee general secretary Noor Mohd. Nirkaje, Sharjah Samithi president Abdul Razak Manila, Sharjah Samithi treasurer Yousuf Haji Bherike, KIC Al Kausar youth wing honarary president Abdul Rafiq Atoor, president Jabbar Baithadka and other committee members who all spoke few words and wished success to the upcoming programme.

KIC Crystal Jubillee welcome committee secretary Janab Mustafa Goonadka welcomed the guests and general secretary Hamid Manila briefed on the programme while Aziz Sorake concluded with the vote of thanks and said that they would invite all those community organisations in the UAE to witness the forthcoming programme.
