Dubai, Dec 1: Thumbay Hospital with their slogan 'growth through innovation' has taken an initiative as part of its community social responsibility and has scheduled an awareness campaign 'count your steps to beat diabetes' at the Thumbay Hospital, Al Qusais, next to Stadium Metro Station on Saturday December 5, from 9 am to 9 pm throughout the day for the convenience of the people.


The objective of this event is to create awareness about the importance of physical activity in prevention of diabetes and to make every step count by finding ways to keep active to heal their future.

Free registration will include the following :-

Free pedometer (step calculator) for the first 1000 persons
Free blood sugar test
Free blood pressure and BMI check
Free consultation with internal medicine specialist, general physician, ophthalmologist and dentist
