Having 3 of my close relatives as Bethany nuns in the service of God & humanity, is a matter of great joy and pride to me.

Congratulating all the jubilarian nuns on this memorable achievement (50 precious years of their lives dedicated to the service of the poorest of the poor, oppressed & marginalised sections of society).

Wishing them good health and a peaceful, contented life now and in the future, too.

What a wonderful scene to witness 28 Bethany Nuns completing 50 years of their Convent life as Bethany Nuns. 28 Nuns for 50 years each that totals 1400 years of vocation as Nuns dedicated for prayer, sacrifice, charity and chastity. What a marvelous gift for Mangalore as a Diocese and also as a great City with diversity. Each nun is looking younger than the other.

These 28 Nuns have prayed for us, worked for us, taught us and many of our younger generation to grow and prosper. These Nuns have sacrificed themselves for the cause of humanity and have given up themselves for the love of God.

Thank you, Bethany Sisters, for all your love and dedication to our Community in and around Mangalore. So many of you have influenced our discipline in life. So many have you have helped us to grow and prosper. All that we can do is to say "thank you" wholeheartedly and pray to God to give you continued good health and strength so that you may continue to serve God in all His divine wishes so that this world may grow and prosper under your able guidance and leadership.

Thank you once again for all your devotion and your sacrifices, and we remain with our grateful thanks.
