Mangalore, Dec 18: Public interactive session with elected representatives, will be held at the premises of Government Higher Primary School, Bikarnakatte, in the city on Sunday December 23, stated KC Harischandra Rao, president of ‘Yuvaka Vrunda’ to media persons at a press conference here on Tuesday December 18.

The principal issues concerning the regular water supply, adequate electricity supply, underground drainage system, road connectivity, construction of bus stands at strategic places, eviction of petty shops, granting of old-age pension, widow pension, assessment and grievances on property tax, water bills and other issues, would figure in the discussions, he added. 

Meeting will be convened in the presence of the elected representatives and corporators, namely, James D'Souza, Bhaskar K, DK Ashok Kumar, Mariamma Thomas, Gretta Rebello, Shakila Kava and Rupa D Bangera and others. 

The other elected representatives will be DV Sadananda Gowda, MP, former MLAs Krishna Palemar and N Yogish Bhat, he added.

Yogish B, chief secretary, Ganesh Kumar, art secretary, Jalajakshmi and Mangala Acharya, secretaries of the ‘Vrunda’ were present at the press conference.
