Mangalore: City to have Legal Consultancy Centre Soon

Mangalore, Mar 10: A nodal centre to provide legal consultancy services will be set-up in the near future by the Shree Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara Law College (SDMLC) in collaboration with the Centre for Post-Graduate Studies in Law (CPGSL) here, stated a press release on Sunday, March 9.  

Moreover in the release, B K Ravindra, principal of the college stated that the CPGSL will form a panel of senior lawyers of the city bar association to provide legal consultancy services to those who in times of legal wrangles are unable to bear the expenses.  

According to Ravindra all those in dire need of legal consultancy services can approach this centre, including entrepreneurs. Moreover, services of legal experts from Bangalore and the neighbouring state of Kerala too will be made available whenever required.  

He stated in the release, 'Our intention is to provide quality service at affordable cost.' The college has also opened an environment cell to provide legal assistance on environment related issues.
