'Muraleedharan out of 'Jai Lava Kusa' not because of ego clash'

Chennai, May 16 (IANS): Well-known cinematographer CK Muraleedharan chose to opt out of Jr. NTR's upcoming Telugu dram "Jai Lava Kusa" due to date issues and not because of ego clash with director K.S. Ravindra.

"It's true Muraleedharan has exited the project and has been replaced by Chhota K. Naidu. Contrary to rumours, he didn't leave the project over alleged ego clash with the director. He left because he had other commitments and he couldn't juggle them," the film's publicist told IANS.

Known for his work in films such as "PK" and "3 Idiots", Muraleedharan had worked on the project for a few days.

The film, which features Jr. NTR in triple role, is being produced by his brother Kalyanram under the banner NTR Arts.

For one of his roles, Jr. NTR will be seen wearing prosthetic and his look is being handled by Hollywood make-up artist Vance Hartwell, popular for his work in films such as "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy and "Shutter Island".

Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music, while Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Thomas are playing the leading ladies.

The first look of 'Jai Lava Kusa' will be released on Friday, on the eve of Jr. NTR's birthday.
