This incident shows that the court should be extremely careful in giving bail to criminals/ Bail should be given only to good criminals. If a crime is committed in a heinous way its my onion that bail should not be given. This what will happen when bail is given. They just abscond and may create more murders. However in genuine cases bail must also be given. These are hard criminals who will not hesitate to do anything

Shetrey, ask yourself one question - do you want India to be governed by rule of law? I am sure every Tom Dick and Harry on the street would emphatically say "yes" while having absolutely no hesitation in demanding that a person be hanged without any trial!! How do you reconcile the difference.

Also, are you seeking justice or revenge. If it is justice then a person cannot be just hanged to satisfy your ego. There is due process of law that needs to be followed.

Vinesh Shetty has been accused of certain grave crimes and he has also jumped bail. The delays in delivery of justice is a deficiency of the Indian legal system. However, this deficiency cannot be replaced by a medieval system where sentences are carried out based on mob mentality rather than an impartial review of the evidences. Please remember that even the Hitler's key men and Japanese Generals were given a fair trail after the WWII to answer their war crimes; so why not Vinesh Shetty?
