Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Sep 3: The sessions court here has restrained people from making unsubstantiated allegations against Ramachandrapur Math and its head, Sri Ravhaveshwara Bharatiteertha Swamiji through the media, social websites etc. The court has also ordered service of summons to 26 persons.

Followers of the said Math, Srinivas, Anuradha and Subhash, had filed petition in the sessions court alleging that some people are indulging in character assassination of the concerned by making baseless allegations in the media against the Math and its spiritual head. They had therefore prayed to stop such people from making these statements.

The court, which heard the application on Friday, ordered the defendants not to make any statements against the Math and its head either through print medium, electronic media, or social websites. Advocate, Govindraj Korikkar, had appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioners.

Dera Ram Rahim Baba should have consulted his Karnataka Counterpart in advance to know how to make seven judges abdicate their seats and run away from hearing the Case of Rape. Had he done so, then this Punjabi Dera Baba could have easily escaped the noose of Law with the guidance of a Kannadiga swami.
