Mangaluru: Kadri Cricketers Club to organise 'Mosaru Kudike', 'Rhythmic Nite'

Mangaluru, Sep 11: "Kadri Cricketers Club are set to organise 'Mosaru Kudike' and 'Rhythmic Nite 2017' at Kadri ground, on September 14, the eve of Sri Krishna Janmashtami," informed Dhanraj President of Kadri Cricketers Club.

Addressing media here on Monday, September 11, he said, "District-in-charge minister Ramanath Rai, former chief minister Veerappa Moily, minister for food and civil supplies U T Khader, mayor Kavitha Sanil, chief whip of legislative council Ivan D'Souza, MLA J R Lobo, MCC commissioner M Nazeer, youth Congress president Mithun Rai, managing director Bhandary Builders Lakshmish Bhandary will be chief guests for the occasion.

"The event will be a star studded one with the presence of Kannada actor Shivaraj Kumar, Sandalwood dimple queen Rachitha Ram, Ondu Motteya Kathe producer Suhan Prasad, and director Raj B Shetty. Playback singers Supriya Lohith, Ajay Warrier, Deepak Doodera, Eesha Suchi, Prakash Mahadevan and Roopa Prakash, will also entertain the audience. Actor Pruthvi Amber and 'Mrs Popular' Soujanya Hegde will host the event. Comedy Kiladigalu finalist Hitesh Kumar, Drama Junior 2016 winner Baby Chitraali, and dance troupe Team 5678 from Bengaluru will grace the occasion," Dhanraj said.

He said, "Indian sprinter M R Poovamma will be felicitated on the occasion."

He further said, on Tuesday, September 12, free rice will be distributed to 500 low-income families, and on Wednesday, September 13, a religious programme will be held where Bhajans and special Puja will be organised.

Vice president of Kadri cricketers club Jagadish, convenor Dinesh Kadri, Sooraj were present.
