Mangaluru: Drinking water filter donated by old students installed at Kulshekar

Mangaluru, Sep 14: Fr Victor Machado, parish priest of Holy Cross church, Kulshekar inaugurated drinking water filter kept for public use in front of the main gate of the church. 

The unit was donated by old student’s association of St Joseph’s higher primary school, run by the church.

Fr Machado said that he is happy to see the filter that will be useful to quench the thirst of passers-by.

Vice president of parish pastoral council Loy Noronha, secretary Saturnine Monteiro, old student’s association vice president Jossy Walter Sequeira, secretary Richard Alvares, school headmistress Sr Shobha and others were present.
