Chennai, Oct 6 (IANS): Actress Rakul Preet Singh and co-star Karthi, who have worked together in upcoming Tamil action thriller "Theeram Adhigaaram Ondru", are set to reunite for another yet-untitled Tamil project, a source said.

"They are teaming up again for a romantic drama. The film will be directed by debutant Rajath and will go on the floors next year," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Last seen on screen in Mahesh Babu's Telugu-Tamil bilingual "Spyder", Rakul hopes to bounce back strongly with "Theeram Adhigaaram Ondru".

Her previous Tamil outings "Puthagam" and "Yennamo Yedho" were duds.

"I don't see 'Adhigaaram' as a comeback to Tamil industry. I have been working round the year in Telugu industry. I have been busy. It's just that my focus has been on Telugu filmdom these last couple of years," Rakul had told IANS.

The new Karthi, Rakul project will be bankrolled by Prince Picture, who had produced Suriya's "SI 3".
