Motegi (Japan), Oct 15 (IANS): Italian rider Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Desmosedici GP17) beat Spaniard Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda RC213V) in a wet Japanese MotoGP at the Twin Ring Motegi circuit on Sunday.

Another Italian, Danilo Petrucci (Ducati Desmosedici GP17), came third, reports Efe.
