Mangalore: KFD, Bajrangdal behind Stabbing Incidents - Police

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Sep 5: During interrogation, the police officials have reportedly found that Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD) and Bajrangdal activists were involved in all the three stabbing incidents that took place last week at B C Road, Bajpe and Balmata in the city.

KFD workers were involved with the two incidents that occurred at B C Road and Bajpe on the same day while the Bajrangdal workers are to blame for the stabbing incident near Jyoti Circle, they say. The arrested persons are said to have revealed that it was decided to target tailor Bhaskar, at a meeting of KFD held at B C Road a month ago.

The assurance given by the district-in-charge minister that they are free to act as per law against those involved with disturbances, public nuisance, assault etc., without fearing for any political interference, has encouraged the policemen to act tough.

The accused are said to have revealed that they attacked Bhaskar as they strongly believed that he used to work as police informant about activities in the area and also because he was the only 'outsider' in Parlia area.

Comments by Bharath Shetty are very relevant. I hope Palemar does a 'miracle' with the Law & Order situation in Mangalore. I hope he means Business.

Requesting to Police authority not to spare any one inspite of they belong to RSS bajrang dal or KFD, first they are human beings should not carry on stabbing attacking taking law in thier hands. Drag them out on the street and punish them in public.

Good comments by Mr Bhasker Shetty. We need thinkers like mr shetty. He is just in his comments and observation. All the organisations that terrorise the people and disturb peace must be banned and all their members reprimanded and sent to Andaman islands and please make sure that they dont return to the mainstream

Police authority is spreading the misconception against KFD with the help of state RSS governament. Due to some miscreants doing these activities police targetting innocent KFD this is really bad.

Its a good move by K Palemar that no political interference in these matters. But the police should treat both terrorist groups equally. Most of the time the police excuses our Hindu activists. the law sould be same for everybody. I am not favoring KFD here. The govt should put BAN all these activists groups (SIMI, VHP, Bajarang Dal, KFD, SFI, NSUI etc). They are nothing but internal terrorists. See what happened in Gujarat, Orissa, if nobody takes any actions, one day we wont need to fear for Pakisthani terrorists but these groups. Keep it up K Palemar and Mangalore police. But no politics please.

If this is true, then both the organizations should be banned all over India, like SIMI.
