Mumbai, Jun 30: Reinforcing the words of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru 'The future of the nation is developed in the classroom' and to inculcate and infuse the sense of responsibility in the students who are the futuristic citizens of the nation, St Xavier's High School, Borivli (E) held its investiture ceremony on June 30.
The student council was elected and the office bearers were entrusted the duties and responsibilities. The remarkable feature of the ceremony was when the council members took the oath to be sincere and efficient in their duties toward the school.
The esteemed guests who graced the occasion were Vinod Yadav (senior reporter - Dainik Bhaskar Group), Harish Shetty (advocate), pastor Adrian Lopes.
