Mumbai: BSKB Association Sion celebrates 'Atidonji dina'

Mumbai, Aug 1: The women's wing of BSKB Association, Sion, Gokula recently observed 'Atidonji Dina', a day held for preparation of special food delicacies held every year at Ashraya, Nerul.

Prema Rao, Sahana Pothi, Rajashree Rao, Latha Jagadish, Anjana Rao, Vijayalaxmi Rao, Suchitra Rao, Shantala Udupa, Geetha Rao, Shakuntala Samaga, Smitha Bhat, Bhagyalaxmi Chadaga, Shalini Udupa, Rajani Rao, Rajeshwari Bhat, Bhagyalaxmi Bhat and Sapna Bhat prepared food specialties with enthusiasm and displayed them at the venue.



The programme was compered by Smitha Bhat. President Dr Suresh S Rao, vice president Vaman Holla, secretary A P K Pothi, treasurer Haridas Bhat, Ashraya convener Chandravati Rao, women's wing executive president Prema Rao and convener Dr Sahana Pothi were present on the dais.

Prabhavati Rao, Anjana Rao, Anitha Acharya, Dr Sahana Pothi and Rashmi Bhat explained about the season's delicacies.

The programme concluded after an annual meeting of the sangha and delicious meal. V K Suvarna sponsored the meal. Office bearers, executive committee members and others in large numbers took part in the programme.
