Kadaba: Mescom employee questioned by police for family dispute hangs self

Kadaba, Dec 3: A Mescom employee, who was questioned by the police on Friday relating to a family dispute case filed by his wife, ended his life by hanging from a tree on the night of Saturday December 1. The deceased has been identified as Harish Gowda (33) from Sunkadakatte Majoorbail in Aittoor village in the taluk. He was working as the operator of electrical equipments at Mescom station here reportedly on contract basis.

After returning from the police station, Harish had gone missing. Search launched for him went in vain. His mortal remains were found on the night of Saturday hanging from a tree at Kallaje on Uppinangady - Kadaba - Subrahmanya Road.

Harish was married two years back. He is survived by wife and a six-month-old baby. A complaint filed in the police station here has mentioned differences between the couple as the reason for suicide.
