Kundapur, Dec 5: NCC army cadet D Dhanya Shetty, second year B A student of Bhandarkar’s College, here had participated in ‘Para basic course’ in Agra from November 1 to 27 this year.

She was selected from NCC group Mangaluru and represented Karnataka and Goa directorate making the college and Mangaluru NCC proud.



She jumped from the aircraft from a height of about 1,500 meter by parachute and landed safely.

College principal Dr N P Narayana Shetty, NCC officer lieutenant Anjankumar, staff and students congratulated her.
