Karwar: Man pulled away, injured by crocodile while having bath in Kali river

Karwar, Dec 7: A man who had gone for bath in Kali river was injured due to a crocodile attack. The man was pulled away by the reptile seriously injuring him.

The incident has happened in Dandeli town police station limits in the river near Ishwar mandir, Kali river banks, Dandeli, Uttar Kannada district. Nirmala nagar, Dandeli resident Nagesh Ishwar Ballary (43) who was seriously injured, was treated in a medical facility.

Officials from the forest department and the police visited the spot.
