Sullia, Dec 8: Administrative officer of Kukke Subramanya Sri Samputa Narasimha Swamy Math, Sudarshan Jois, has hit back at the complaint against the Math which has claimed that at the behest of his Math certain amendments in the land records pertaining to Subramanya temple were affected without proper authorization.

He clarified that in the hand-written record of rights pertaining to survey No. l82/1, names of Subraya temple and Narasimha Math had been mentioned in column 11 since ages. He said that during the computerisation of the record of rights, these names had been omitted. He said that they were inserted as per the directions of the court. "As the amendment was made, duly retaining the name of Subramanya temple, non-issuance of notice to temple executive officer cannot considered as unlawful. The presence of Subraya temple and Narasimha Math in survey No. 82/1 is undisputed matter," he clarified.

Jois said that when the Math had approached the court to issue order against making unsubstantiated allegations and defamatory statements against Narasimha Math, the court had issued restraint orders. He said that as soon as the court order is violated, the Math will take steps under contempt of court provisions.
